This was a Design Build project which included over 38 acres of heavy clearing and grubbing for construction of a 3-mile driver’s course and support facilities including; site civil work and infrastructure for Three (3) GIB (general instruction buildings), rehab of existing stone hardstand to concrete pavement, and one (1) Ground up 283,450 SQFT concrete hardstand.
1/3 of the RACC contract was to excavate, install, test and backfill 2,900 LF of PVC sanitary sewer line, 1,760 LF of RCP storm pipe, 3,100 LF of PVC water line, 5,230 LF of HDPE force main including two lift stations, and tie into existing utility systems.
