The project consisted of five separate Villages spread throughout the Air National Guard Smoky Hill Range. Each Village required the stripping of topsoil, grading of sub grade, installation of crushed stone aggregates for main/center roads, connector roads and building pads/foundations. Placement of topsoil and permanent seeding on disturbed areas of the site.
